Kerry Concedes

Senator Kerry has done the right thing and called President Bush to concede. He will make his Concession Speech this afternoon. Good call on his part as no one wanted to go through the crap we did last time. Let's face it, if he had any chance to win, he would hang in there but 136,221 votes are too much to pull from any type of recount or count of Provisional Ballots, absentees, etc.
